Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities of the Talent Acquisition function. Your goal will be to provide a wide range of recruitment support in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Acquisition Partners, Talent Sourcing Specialists, hiring managers, and candidates. You will strive for service excellence with internal stakeholders and act as an ambassador and front line of communication to external candidates.

Your Responsibilities
- Support the execution of Talent Acquisition activities for the Talent Acquisition team, including but not limited to various aspects of full cycle recruitment (pre-screening, reference checking, background checking, driver abstracts, drug & medical screening, etc.).
- Facilitate interview scheduling and coordination with external candidates and internal HR Operations and hiring managers.
- Manage the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of talent acquisition reporting, as well as ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Collaborate with the business, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition Partners to develop creative briefs that support sourcing campaigns. Manage the rollout and posting of these campaigns.
- Facilitate regular talent acquisition data integrity audits in accordance with the HR data integrity audit process.
- Provide post-implementation support as required to HR Operations, TA Team, and various affected stakeholders.
- Participate in Talent Acquisition quality and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform required analytics to produce talent acquisition metrics (e.g., positions filled, cycle time, time to fill, interview to hire ratio, etc.)
Your Skills
- Knowledge of full cycle recruiting and applicant tracking systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel
- Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and demonstrate creativity/imagination.
- Strong written verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
- Demonstrated customer service focus.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Your Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and/or talent acquisition
- Post-secondary education in a related field (business, administration, human resources, or marketing preferred)
