Together, we are helping build a more resilient world.Seequent is a Bentley Systems company, working together to build a better future.The RoleTo support the rapid growth of our business, we are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Lead. This Lead role will be hybrid position in either our Christchurch or Calgary office. As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to ensure the organization attracts and retains high-caliber professionals. You will lead a dynamic team in recruiting for highly complex roles spread across diverse locations worldwide.Please note, this is a hybrid role to be based out of the Christchurch or Calgary office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational objectives.Management of agency engagement, agreements, and approvals.Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and workforce needs.Lead and mentor recruiters on best practice, helping to fostering a high-performance culture.Provide guidance on recruitment process and utilize data and analytics to measure and report on recruitment metrics.Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.Optimize recruitment processes and procedures in partnership with People Programs Manager.Promote the organization’s employer brand to attract top talent.Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Champion inclusion and diversity in the recruitment process and ensure fair and ethical hiring practices.Work in a global team, recruiting a variety of roles across the business.Provide insights, direction, and recommendations on how to best engage local and international talent for our Business Units.Contribute to the continued growth and development of the Talent Acquisition function as well as the wider HR function.Stay updated on relevant employment laws and ensure compliance in the recruitment process.In order to be successful in this role, you should have:Undergraduate degree in human resources, business administration, related field, or a tertiary qualification.Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a track record of successful leadership.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, technologies, and best practices.A customer focused attitude with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good understanding of candidate management.Strong prioritization skills and the ability to deliver effectively in a fast-paced environment.Research shows that some individuals, particularly women and underrepresented groups, are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every single criterion.
