The Client Care Coordinator is a key member of the Client Care Team who is responsible for managing and arranging client's care and service. Using your strong communication and savvy problem-solving skills, you will be our go-to person for managing employees in the Home Support Worker classification directly. You will also use scheduling software effectively to fulfill client care plans and provide employees with schedules bi-weekly. Get ready to know the collective agreement inside and out while knowing that your work makes a difference. We are seeking interest in a part-time Client Care Coordinator who will be available to work staggered shifts including some evenings and weekends.
What you'll bring?
Preferably experience in the fields of client care, nursing, human resources, or scheduling. Post-secondary education in a related field is considered an asset. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be expected to provide on-call support on a rotational basis.
