Responsibilities
Developing and executing an Organizational Change Management Plans.
Integrating Organizational Change Management activities into overall project plan.
Conducting Change Readiness Assessments to evaluate and ensure change readiness among stakeholders.
Identifying, analyzing, and preparing risk mitigation strategies, and work with the CSDS Project Manager to update any change management issues and risks in the Project Management (PM) log.
Applying Organizational Change Management processes to increase stakeholder engagement and support end-user adoption of process and platform changes required by the project.
Assessing and reporting on the change impact on the organization.
Completing weekly change management status reports.
Qualifications
Significant, proven experience and knowledge of Organizational Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools, including Change Management Strategy and Plans, Change Readiness Assessments, Communication Strategy and Plans, Stakeholder Engagement Plans, Training Strategy and Plans, and Organizational Transition Plans.
Demonstrated strong communication abilities – with and on-behalf-of Executive-level stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with business representatives and project team members, and with an ability to see things from other points of view
Facilitation expertise with demonstrated collaborative outcomes
Previous experience with Government or other public-sector Organizational Change Management.
Ability to design/executeworkshops and effective training sessions for a variety of internal, external, and public stakeholders
Nice to have:
Previous experience with Organizational Change Management moving from a legacy application to a modernized solution with transformed processes and tools for internal and public users
Demonstrated ability to flexibly manage time at 50% assignment to complete assigned duties
Prosci or other formal Organizational Change Management certification
Bachelor’s degree or other related education
