Product Management is a pivotal department of our business that creates product strategies aimed at solving customer challenges and developing products for customers that create an amazing customer experience. Our goal is to build products and services that customers love while creating a unique competitive advantage. Our Product Managers use a unique blend of business and technical savvy combined with a big-picture vision, strong leadership, and agile project management skills to ensure the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage entire product lifecycle from strategic planning, tactical implementation, measurement, and ongoing optimization/evolution.
- Monitor competitive landscape and customer data to bring forward product updates to ensure competitiveness and relevance in the marketplace.
- Work closely with Engineering, IT, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Experience to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Build strong relationships with external partners and key vendors.
Requirements
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in a Product Manager role.
- A post-secondary education in a relevant field.
- Strong project management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Keen business mindset and acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaboration and relationship management skills
- Ability to inter-operate between a technical team, business strategists, and sales/marketing teams.
