Learn more at ensembleiq.com.About the Role: The role of the Project Manager entails taking on the leadership and coordination of various critical activities. These responsibilities encompass scoping, planning, facilitation, improvement, design, and change efforts necessary for a portfolio of Canadian B2B brands that cater to the healthcare sector. The primary objective is to enhance market share and expand the media audience. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with prestigious industry brands.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute all project activities, including meeting scheduling and coordination, scoping/scanning, workshop facilitation, workflow analyses and improvements, progress tracking and reporting.Collaborate with partners and stakeholders within and external, including sales, HCP experts and product managers and medical regulatory personnel at pharmaceutical companies (OTC and Rx).Engage with clients to explore their content concepts, demonstrating adept ideation skills as a Project Manager.Proactively identify and manage changes in project scope and devise contingency plans as required.Work with freelance medical writers to develop content including Q&As, webinars, sponsored articles, and e-learning resources, with a focus on sponsored content to drive revenueCollaborate with regulatory authorities to execute necessary actions for submission processes.Manage and communicate risks associated with projects and work accordingly to mitigate.Effectively communicate project expectations to stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion, including preparing regular reporting as required to communicate activity and progress, milestones and other key project metrics.Oversee and participate in strategic decisions and operational plans for program design, development and execution, working directly with internal and external project and healthcare teams.Job requirementsFive years project management experience in a healthcare setting is a must - experience working for a healthcare marketing agency will be also considered.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health care field, health administration, or related discipline is required.Experience working with and strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Advertising Advisory Board (PAAB) preferred.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including copywriting skills, and the skill to compose concise assignment letters to writers.
