Looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Worker to provide essential care and support for patients in the comfort of their own homes. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and attention to detail to ensure the well-being of our clients.

Job Duties

• Assist clients with daily tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Administer medications and assist with medical appointments
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Administer medicine
• Inspect wounds and change dressings
• Assist with personal grooming and hygiene tasks
• Monitor patients and keep their treating physician in the loop
• Assist patients in performing physical therapy exercises and with administering medication based on doctor’s orders
• Assess patients’ condition during every visit and chart your observations
• Listen to the patient and respond to concerns or requests
