The Business Information Analyst - Automation will be based out of Dieppe, New Brunswick (100 Midland Drive, E1A 7G9) and t he BI Analyst’s main responsibility is to work with the business to map out processes to understand where to apply automation. From there, they will program these processes in the business process management (BPM) tool (Appian) to create process automation. They will collaborate with the business to implement changes and coordinate testing. They will support the BPM tool by managing user licenses and as well as resolve any issues within the tool. This is a temporary, contract-based position. The primary language of work is English.

Job Requirements
- Postsecondary education in computer programming or similar field of study
- Competency in project management
- Effective change management and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexible and eager to take on special projects
- A strong learning agility and the ability to adapt and grow
- Ability to solicit requirements from stakeholders at all leadership levels
- Implement Design Thinking and Agile methodologies to improve solution adoption
- Leverage Business Analysis and Process Improvement practices to assess the value of proposed solutions


The main duties/responsibilities of this role include:
- Work with supply chain teams to implement automation
- Work with various supply chain departments to understand current processes and document requirements for future state
- Work with users to coordinate testing
- Manage change within the departments
- Train users
- Work with various technologies (Appian, Bots, SharePoint…) to implement automation
- Implement automation by writing code & testing the solution
- Implement and promote changes within the system
- Support end users
