This is an onsite permanent full-time position of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Follow up with vendors on outstanding parts orders.
- Review open work orders and process for closing
- Assist payables in collecting invoices and packing slips.
- Investigate customer invoicing inquiries.
- Process invoice requests for construction projects.
- Create project submittals and warranty letters.
- Act as a backup working with payables and purchase orders.
- Act as a backup to the Dispatcher
Requirements:
- 2+ years of similar experience in administration or Invoicing.
- Ability to work with and support all team members, management, and shareholders.
- Excellent verbal/written communication
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
