As a Senior Administrative Assistant your responsibilities will include:
- Working independently and within a team environment to support our client service colleagues to produce high quality client deliverables
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat to proofread and assemble financial statements, tax returns, correspondence, proposals and presentations in accordance with firm standards and branding
- Preparation of letters and reports using firm templates in compliance with firm standards
- Proofread, review for quality and verify content before finalizing any client deliverables
- Scan documents and embed in electronic file
- Participate in training and stay current with company software
- Provide billing support using various Grant Thornton systems and in accordance with the terms of the engagement letter
- Entering and maintaining client data using Microsoft Dynamics 365 software, creating jobs in D365, rolling forward of jobs/files, and archiving as appropriate for the engagement
- Coordinating internal/external meetings, room bookings, meals/catering and events
- General administrative duties including, but not limited to: reception backup, filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing and mailing

- Significant work experience demonstrating use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams)
- 2 to 4+ years of administrative experience
- Excellent data entry skills and high attention to detail with an aptitude for proofreading and suggesting alternatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Exceptional client service mindset
- Computer savvy ??? ability to learn and troubleshoot various computer programs
- Able to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Takes initiative, takes direction and works well independently
- Keen attention to detail, efficient and accurate
