About the role:
We are looking for an experienced
Shop Parts Specialist / Shipper Receiver to join our team at our
Moncton location.
Shift: Monday to Friday; 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:
- Pull and stage parts for shop jobs before coming into the shop
- Assign parts and supplies on work orders
- Identify and keep parts for warranty consideration
- Confirm availability and pick parts for OTC part sales
- Return un-used parts to inventory
- Maintain organization and upkeep of warehouse
- Label and store parts in accurate locations
- Receive in-bound parts, supplies and materials – physically and in system
- Pull, stage and label parts for outbound shipping
- Label, assign and maintain storage and bin locations for all inventory
- Assist in development and improvement of warehouse and storage plans
- Perform regular cycle counts for all inventory and monitor for shrinkage avoidance
- Occasional need to pick up and deliver parts as required in a safe and timely manner
- Ensure all loads are safe and properly secured at all times
- Maintain condition and cleanliness while using company vehicles
- Complete vehicle inspection reports when required
- Safely operate the company vehicle adhering to all safety requirements, obeying traffic laws and driving undistracted
- Other work as may be defined
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent with trade training
- Valid Class 5 License with clean driver’s abstract
- Industry related experience an asset
- Truck and trailer parts knowledge and experience
- Comfortable with prioritizing and handling large volumes of paperwork
- Ability to work in a high pace environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Great communication skills
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Cetaris etc.)
