Advantage Personnel is currently recruiting for a General Labor: Cleaner position on behalf of our client in St. John's. Our customer is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual, who can work in a fast paced environment. This position requires the completion of completing manual tasks, such as, cleaning carpets, furniture, industrial cleaning and restoration cleaning. This successful candidate must be able to work as a team player.
Available Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm (Occasional weekends and on call)
Rate of Pay: $18.00 per hour

This position requires the completion of completing manual tasks, such as, cleaning carpets, furniture, industrial cleaning and restoration cleaning. Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading materials;
- Moving cleaning products;
- Job site cleaning (dumping of garbage, cleaning carpets and surfaces, and restoration;
- Excellent verbal and written skills;
- Documenting file notes using smart phone/tablet.
- Able to stand for extended periods;
- Must be punctual and on time;
- Exceptional communications skills;
- Exceptional written skills;
- Restoration Experience;
- Carpentry experience;
- Able to work in a fast paced environment;
- Able to work in a team environment;
- IICRC certification would be considered an asset;
- This role requires the submission of Criminal Record Check.
