Job Duties:
- Supervise and train employees to maintain high standards of customer service and food preparation
- Monitor inventory and ensure adequate supply of food and beverages
- Create work schedules, assign tasks, and delegate responsibilities to team members
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the dining area and kitchen
- Monitor and control food and labor costs to meet budget goals
