Position Overview
As a Bell Staff member at Cabot Cape Breton, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest service from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities include warmly welcoming guests, assisting with their luggage, and escorting them to their accommodations with a friendly and professional demeanour. You will also provide information about the resort's facilities and services, ensuring guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience. Additionally, you may assist with transportation arrangements, coordinate luggage storage, and help with special requests. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and willingness to go the extra mile will contribute to creating a positive first impression, setting the stage for a memorable stay at Cabot Cape Breton.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills
Ability to drive automatic and standard transmission vehicles is an asset.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
Requirements Of The Role You Should Be Aware Of
- Based on the nature of our business and the service we provide to our guests, to work with us, you must consent to a criminal background check as a condition of employment and an additional criminal background check every two years.
