Qualifications:
- Ability to manage resources effectively, including budget, personnel, and time, to achieve optimal outcomes
- Proficient in identifying skill gaps and arranging training or development opportunities to enhance the abilities of team members
- Strategic Thinking: Having a big-picture perspective and the ability to create and implement long-term strategies for the team or organization.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving
- Possesses a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
Responsibilities:
- Virtually host and lead weekly team building workshops and training sessions for personal and professional development
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and discussions to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to team members or mentees in achieving their goals, both personal and professional.
- Define clear objectives and goals for the team and helping them align their efforts towards these goals.
- Determine applicant eligibility, complete life applications and distribute all benefit enrolment materials
- Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over virtual video calls
- Completing tasks that an underwriter requires to get the client approved for their coverage
