Location: Frederciton, NB (in-office)

This position will focus on the following: Assisting in Recruitment
- Posts advertisements for new opportunities.
- Prepares and communicates offer packets for new hires, collecting information once completed.
- Conducts references checks, as assigned.
- Ensures new employee information is communicated to appropriate departments.
- Ensures applicable resources are prepared for the new employee’s start date.
- Assists with new hire orientation.
HR Operations Support
- Enters new employees, changes, and separations in the Ceridian Dayforce HR system.
- Keeps accurate and up to date electronic personnel files.
- Audits records for compliance.
- Runs and distributes accurate reports by required deadlines.
- Completes scanning, filing and data entry, as necessary.
- Completes special projects, as assigned.
- Monitors Rewards & Recognition portal.
- Administrators Learning Management System.
Education, Experience and Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of previous administrative experience in a related position and/or
an undergraduate degree in Human Resources.
- Students graduating in 2024 are welcome to apply!
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint is required.
- Must have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Must have demonstrated professionalism, including while working under pressure.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities.
- Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
- Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
