Help manage end-to-end office fit-out projects that challenge the conventional to deliver on exceptional employee experiences.What will your typical day look like?“Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position - Quebec based only.”As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing Corporate Real Estate projects through all phases including the following duties:Assisting with project planning activities including working with a global procurement team to prepare procurement documents, evaluations, contract execution and purchase order issuanceActively updating the master project schedule using MS Project, integrating the work streams (Design, Construction, IT, Security, Operations), and identifying and managing dependencies and critical path tasksPlanning, coordinating and leading weekly project team meetings using an Excel template to track action items, risks & issues, and changesMaintaining the project budget file and updating cashflow, cost tracking log and flagging any risks to delivering the project within the approved budgetAdministrative support to execute on the change order processProvide regular reporting, including weekly status reports, monthly reports, stakeholder decks, etc. with accurate representations of project progress, health, risks, and ongoing challengesMaintaining project records including building the project repository, coordinating with the project team for document creation, and ensuring completeness of the project fileContract management, ensuring that the project consultants, vendors, and contractors are fulfilling their contractual obligations About The TeamThe Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team has three streams: Workplace Strategy & Design, Project Management and Lease Administration.
