Overview: As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will provide administrative support to various departments and executives, as well as help maintain a positive and productive work environment. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks at once will be essential in this role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area and be the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, and redirect them to the appropriate employee or department.
- Maintain a clean and professional office environment, including ordering office supplies and keeping track of inventory.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as directed.
- Organize company records and files, and ensure they are stored and maintained properly.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including booking venues, catering, and other logistics.
- Manage and process company expenses and invoices.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Maintain office policies and procedures and suggest improvements for efficient operations.
- Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the management team.
