Operating in a fast-paced, exciting, and collaborative environment with globally recognized entertainment brands and series, we create digital and social content that is culturally relevant while standing out in the vast landscape of news, entertainment and lifestyle editorial.As the Digital and Social Content Producer, you will be responsible for ideation and creation of original social content in support of an array of CTV series, with a specific focus on TikTok and Instagram. You'll also be responsible for the day-to-day management, moderation and publishing of all social content across CTV platforms. You'll be required to pitch and produce social content for brands that may include Battle of the Generations, Sullivan's Crossing, The Traitors Canada, Farming for Love, The Amazing Race Canada and more. Help on set as required.Key ResponsibilitiesPitch and create compelling and informative social content for CTV properties that showcase brand voice and expertise and actively drives engagementCreate effective, engaging, and compelling social-first copy and creativeProduce and package digital assets using TikTok, video apps, Canva and PhotoshopWork closely with video producer/editors on conceptualizing and executing crossplatform content strategiesConduct interviews and work with video producer/editors to produce compelling and trendy digital video content (focus on TikTok and YouTube)Lead community management and enforce publishing guidelines of all content across multiple platformsManage social media content calendars that align with overall social media strategy and respond to viewer comments and inquiries in timely mannerMaintain and champion brand's tone of voice, and uphold community management best practicesBuild our community, create fandom, drive engagement/conversation, and grow audiencesCollaborate with strategist to conceptualize and create innovative, effective and onbrand messaging across all social platformsApply social, and competitive insights to support content creation and posting strategyKeep abreast of industry trends and algorithm changes to inform approach and drive performanceMonitor metrics to ensure KPIs are being met, and make data-driven content recommendationsCritical QualificationsPost-secondary education or equivalent professional experience - University graduate and/or advertising/marketing/journalism College degree preferredMinimum 2 years of experience building social audiences and driving social performanceExpert knowledge of all social media platforms, with a focus on TikTokProven full-time copywriting experience in an agency, in-house marketing department, or freelance roleExperience in content management/publishing tools, creation, optimization and adaptation in nimble industryDeep understanding of various platform algorithms, social analytics and social listening toolsPassionate interest in entertainment and lifestyle culture and are always up-to-date with the latest news, trends and discussionsProven experience leveraging social media analytic platforms to inform strategyExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenHolds high creative content standards and attention to detailPositive, proactive and collaborative team playerExceptional verbal and written communication skillsPreferred QualificationsPhotography skillsExperience with social measurement listening and analytic tools with understanding of KPIs and industry benchmarks.Knowledge of CMS platformsCertifications for YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Google Analytics#EmployeeReferralProgramAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.Additional InformationPosition Type: Media - FreelancerJob Status: Temporary - Part timeJob Location: Canada : Ontario : TorontoWork Arrangement: HybridApplication Deadline: 01/03/2024For work arrangements that are 'Hybrid', successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
