What will your typical day look like?
The Office of the Global CEO (OCEO) is seeking a professional to join our experienced team to drive a broad-range of strategicinitiatives, high-visibility projects, and activities guided by Deloitte?۪s strategy and in support of the priorities set by the Global CEO andExecutive Team. This position will report to Senior Managers/Directors in the Office of the Global CEO and will team with members ofthe Office of the Global CEO and with other professionals who support leaders across the network. The position may result ininteraction with Deloitte's CEO and other senior leaders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence, be able to work under tight deadlines, and effectively collaborate andnavigate across the organization. The candidate will have demonstrated strong communications experience, project managementexperience, analytical skills, and business acumen, with an interest in supporting internal communications projects and operations. Inthis fast-paced, integrated, teaming environment, there will be times that extended hours or weekend work will be required.
Key responsibilities include the following.
- Play a key project management role for the OCEO internal communications team, ensuring project tracking is updated and monitored.
- Assist with the development of executive level briefings, talking points, video scripts, and messaging for the Global CEO for internal engagements and activities, working across the internal communications and engagement team as well as other members of the OCEO and subject matter experts.
- Help project manage the pipeline of activities for the internal communications team, including regularly updating team trackers and managing review processes with other team members, managing requests from stakeholders across the global organization and Deloitte firms around the world.
- Create, manage, and keep up to date Global OCEO pages on D-NET, teams, sharepoint online, and other key internal reference platforms.
- Support the project management and administration of key internal engagement projects including the Deloitte World Meeting and Deloitte New Partner Seminar.
- Serve in a project management and administration role for the annual Global Impact Report project, ensuring it stays on track.

- 2-5 years of prior generalist experience, ideally within client service, executive administration or equivalent internal role.
- Proven strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and experience.
- Ability research, comprehend, and distill information into coherent messaging and talking points.
- Ability to think and work independently to carry forward projects from beginning to end.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Knowledge of web and social media platforms/tools to achieve marketing/communications objectives.
- Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Internal communications, corporate communications, PR or marketing background.
- Ability to interact, work with, and advise in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while possessing a high level of comfort with ambiguity.
- Experience in communications, PR, or marketing would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Some travel maybe required.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
