Position Overview
As a Shuttle Driver at Cabot Cape Breton, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of our guests. Your role involves operating one of our fleet’s shuttle vehicles - transporting arriving and departing guests between the resort and local airports; operating shuttles between our golf courses and to local events and attractions; driving staff shuttles between the resort and our staff accommodations. Our drivers will adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws and follow designated routes. As the face of Cabot during transportation, you will provide a friendly and professional atmosphere, contributing to a positive work environment. Your attention to punctuality, vehicle maintenance, and guest safety will be paramount. By offering reliable and efficient transportation services, you will support our guests’ daily activities, promoting a smooth operation and a strong sense of community within Cabot Cape Breton.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills
- Previous experience is an asset
- Valid Class 4 Nova Scotia Driver's Licence
- Clean Driving Abstract
Requirements Of The Role You Should Be Aware Of
- Varied availability, including early morning and late-night pickups and drop-offs. Overnight stays at hotel between drop-offs and pickups on occasion.
- Based on the nature of our business and the service we provide to our guests, to work with us, you must consent to a criminal background check as a condition of employment and an additional criminal background check every two years.
- As a seasonal resort business, you can anticipate a schedule that will involve day, evening, night, and weekend work.
- Able to lift of carry 50lbs or more
