Our client in Dorval is currently looking for a sales and logistics coordinator. Are you looking for a new opportunity to work with a dynamic company? This role will require someone to do various tasks within in the company.AdvantagesMonday-Friday 8AM-4:00PM or 8:30PM-4:30PMSalary 48,000$-55,000$Bonus opportunityMedical benefits in discussion but not confirmedClosed during the Christmas holidays 1 week2 weeks vacationResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesReport to and assist the Program Manager / Director of Operations.Utilize business management software to create process and track sales quotes;Process online purchases; process customer payments; and shipping orders;Data entry of all day to day operationsProcess component purchases, and vendor and supplier orders.Interact with sales, finance, and product assembly personnel.Interact and provide assistance to customers if neededFollow up on shipments throughout the company, by tracking and tracing.Dealing with all the inventory levels and coordinate all stock levels.QualificationsBilingual English / French (spoken and written) Able to work in a fast pace environment Good communication skillsAttention to detailComfortable with computersData entry experienceGood experience in coordination with various departmentsIf interested in this position or know someone who would be a good fit for this position.
