We have an exiting role for a deputy manager to join one of the most renowned family dining restaurant, based near Holyrood. The company has been around for more than 45 years and keep a solid reputation within the hospitality sector.
The role will involve running the business in the absence of the general manager and take on all kinds of commercial responsibilities.
We are looking for someone who has training, scheduling, shift-managing and payroll-administering skills.
