Job Description
We are currently looking for a receptionist for a reputable company in Kirkland. This position is a temporary contract for 3 months with the possibility of extension. This person will be required to do various tasks throughout their day. The receptionist will be able to wear many hats in the company.AdvantagesMonday-Friday 6:45AM-2:45PMSalary $20-25/hr (based on experience)Contract for 3 months with possibility of extensionWork for a leader in the industryResponsibilitiesMeeting and greeting clients.Booking meetings.Arranging couriers.Keeping the reception area tidy.Answering and forwarding phone calls.Screening phone calls.Sorting and distributing postQualificationsMust be perfectly bilingual English/ French (Written and Spoken)Good communication skillsAdministrative experienceComputer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook )Have experience dealing with customersMight have some translation involvedFiling, scanning and emailsIf interested in this opportunity or know someone who would be a good fit.
