Headquartered in Toronto, Canada with globally-accessible programming, the DMZ has a widely-recognized international presence with offices in Vietnam, India, and the U.S., and partnerships across North America, Latin America, Africa and Asia.The OpportunityThe Programs Specialist Will Be Supporting Women Founder Programs At The DMZ And Act As a Lead Hand In The FollowingFacilitating the development, implementation, management and evaluation of entrepreneurship programs to help tech startup founders reach successful outcomes. Facilitating program execution including the delivery and facilitation of workshops, one-on-ones, peer-to-peer sessions, and orientation activities. Designing, developing and delivering relevant resources and tools to facilitate successful startup programs at the DMZ. Monitoring and assessing the progress of DMZ programs and framework in accordance with the program work plan.
