Overview: The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role within our company, providing support to various departments and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to managers and other team members
- Manage and prioritize incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute internal and external documents and reports
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and other materials
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Process expense reports and invoices
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Act as a point of contact for clients and vendors, handling inquiries and requests
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Assist with the onboarding and training of new employees
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors
