Administrative assistant

Job Description

Overview: The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role within our company, providing support to various departments and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with all levels of staff. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to managers and other team members
  • Manage and prioritize incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external documents and reports
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and other materials
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and electronic
  • Process expense reports and invoices
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and vendors, handling inquiries and requests
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies and maintaining office equipment
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of new employees
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisors
