Are you a Marketing Technology Capabilities Consultant looking for a new opportunity?Are you looking for a new contract opportunity?We are pleased to offer you a new contract opportunity for you to consider: Marketing Technology Capabilities ConsultantStart: ASAPEstimated length: 12 monthsLocation: TorontoHybrid remote work, 2 days a week onsiteAdvantagesYou will have an opportunity to work with a leading employer in the local market.Potential for contract extension, conversion to full time employment as well.ResponsibilitiesUse Case Definition: Partner with marketing and business partners to define clear and actionable use cases for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, outlining how the platform can enhance customer engagement, lead nurturing, and overall marketing efficiency.Martech Strategy Development: Formulate comprehensive Salesforce Marketing Cloud strategies that align with business objectives and marketing goals, while considering industry trends and best practices.Capability Adoption: Drive the adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities by collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into technical requirements, and ensuring successful implementation.Storytelling to Senior Executives: Craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate the value of Salesforce Marketing Cloud strategies to senior executives, illustrating how these strategies contribute to business growth and customer satisfaction.Operating in Complex Environments: Navigate and thrive within complex organizational structures, leveraging your expertise to navigate intricate processes and adapt strategies to dynamic circumstances.Engaging without Authority: Collaborate and influence stakeholders across different teams, even without direct authority, to garner support for your initiatives and achieve alignment.Implementation Guidance: Collaborate closely with the implementation team, providing valuable insights and guidance based on your expertise to ensure that strategies are effectively translated into technical solutions.Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analysis and reporting to derive insights from marketing campaigns and recommend adjustments to strategies for optimized results.Collaborative Efforts: Foster collaboration among marketing, technology, and data teams to ensure smooth integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with existing systems and data sources.Training and Consultation: Collaborate with vendors and change management partners to organize training sessions and consult with marketing teams to educate them on the application of Salesforce Marketing Cloud strategies and tactics.Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest martech trends, especially within the Salesforce ecosystem, and apply this knowledge to continually refine and enhance strategies.QualificationsHands-on experience in devising and executing Salesforce Marketing Cloud strategies outside of a technical role– 3+ yearsExperience with integration and delivering of martech capabilities outside of a technical role – 3+ yearsHigh level of knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and its potential to meet diverse marketing needs 3+ yearsUnderstanding of marketing principles, customer journeys, and data-driven decision-making – 5+ yearsExperience working with cross functional team – 3+ yearsNice to Haves:Scaled Agile experienceSalesforce Marketing Cloud certificationBanking/financial industry experienceSummaryDo you have this experience?
