Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Manager located in Dartmouth, NS. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the security staff in the region. This includes after hours calls, managing and scheduling security personnel, conducting site visits and inspections, communicating with clients, and ensuring that all security protocols and procedures are being followed. The Regional Manager will also be responsible for employee hiring, training, and disciplinary actions.
