```Responsibilities``` - Supervise and manage office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity - Answer and direct phone calls, utilizing phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette - Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents - Assist with human resources tasks such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll coordination - Perform clerical duties including data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence - Provide administrative support to staff members and executives as needed - Utilize QuickBooks or similar software for financial record keeping and basic bookkeeping tasks - Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors - Assist in the development of training materials and programs for staff members ```Skills``` - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively - Proficient in using phone systems and demonstrating proper phone etiquette - Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures - Excellent clerical skills including data entry, filing, and correspondence management - Administrative experience in a professional office setting - Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software - Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders - Ability to develop training materials and deliver effective training sessions Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
