Junior IT Technician

Job Description

Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and networking equipment. - Maintain and repair computer systems, including diagnosing hardware and software issues. - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and updating systems. - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely resolution of technical issues. - Follow schematics and technical documentation to perform hardware installations and repairs. - Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to complete tasks. - Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems. Requirements: - Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols. - Proficiency in computer hardware components and their functions. - Ability to maintain and repair computer systems, including diagnosing hardware and software issues. - Familiarity with hand tools used in hardware installation and repair. - Understanding of schematics and ability to follow technical documentation. - Mechanical knowledge for handling equipment installations. - Knowledge of low voltage systems is a plus.
