HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

We are looking for a professional and high energy Human Resources Manager to be based out of our Head Office in Dieppe, NB. The successful candidate will create a positive employee experience, ultimately delivering the positive customer experience which is the key to our success.
The Best Fit:
?ۢ Bachelor?۪s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
?ۢ Charted Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) or other HR designation is a strong asset
?ۢ Minimum of 5-7 years?۪ experience in a Human Resources Management position
?ۢ Strong knowledge of Federal Canadian employment laws and regulations
?ۢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
?ۢ Demonstrated problem- solving and conflict resolution abilities.
?ۢ Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, collaborate with and empower employees to perform their highest capacity
?ۢ Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
?ۢ Experience with an ATS, a HRIS, and other HR platforms (Taleo, HCM, Kronos, Perceptyx, etc.)
?ۢ Excellent computer skills and proficient knowledge of MS Office
?ۢ Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset
The Responsibilities:
?ۢ Coach and support the development of a team of HR Business Partners
?ۢ Partner with your own client group supporting the following functions: o Primary liaison with our Payroll and Benefits, and Human Resources Shared Services teams
o Provide support to the recruiting teams and assist business leaders with the onboarding of new hires
o Coordinate disability claims and the return-to-work process to promote early and safe return to work
o Prepare and deliver employee communication, presentations, and correspondence?ۢ Provide expertise and hands-on support to employees and managers in a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, and health and wellness
?ۢ Assist in the implementation of Human Resources projects and initiatives and ensure alignment in Canada and the United States
