Who you are You’re a dependable, self-starter with experience in building and property maintenance, as an asset. You quickly identify issues and recommend corrective measures to ensure quality and safety. You have a strong work ethic and bring a positive, customer-centric approach to your work, whether it is responding to an emergency request, working through light construction projects or conducting regular inspections. What you bring: An understanding of HVAC systems/maintenance, electrical, plumbing, energy management systems and other building mechanical equipment. A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) or athe ability to learn Bonus skills and experience An understanding of work order and preventative maintenance software systems Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in building/property maintenance or equivalent Experience with painting, drywall and light carpentry/construction projects Flexibility in work schedule - available for off-hours emergency response Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize tasks What success looks like: You respond to work orders related to light electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
