The MSU Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for providing efficient and effective management of the food and beverage services of the MSU, including TwelvEighty, The Grind, Union Market or successor operations, in addition to the soon to be launched Student Market. The incumbent must demonstrate managerial competence, supplier relationship building and be able to excel in a rapidly changing industry. Management includes but not limited to; operations, financial, human resources, administrative and marketing function.
