Eyelash Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities: - Perform eyelash extension services to clients, adhering to established techniques and safety protocols - Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire process - Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client's experience - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired lash look and address any concerns or questions they may have - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment - Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing client inquiries Experience: - Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role - Proficient in applying a variety of eyelash extension techniques, including classic and volume lashes - Strong retail sales skills to promote additional products and services - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner - Previous experience working in a customer service-oriented environment Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
