*This role is open to remote based candidates in Canada, in Central or Eastern time zone* We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team and be part of our next stage of growth. As our Project Manager, you are the conduit between our clients and the professional services team. Your top priority is to build strong and trusting relationships with our customers. Your day is filled with variety as you work with clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure your projects stay on time, on budget and facilitate client success. Typically, we find that people are successful in this role when they have: Bachelor's degree in business or computer science, or equivalent experience 5 years in B2B client-facing roles managing technology or business change projects Ability to interact with a customer’s executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs Hands-on experience with a CRM or Nonprofit industry software products would be a strong asset Any project management-related certification (CAPM, PMP, etc.) is an asset Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data cleansing, data manipulation) Strong organizational and communication skills Bonus points if: You’ve worked in nonprofit, community centers. You've worked in the Salesforce ecosystem. You’re a results oriented person who likes to roll up their sleeves to get things done. You’re energized by a fast-paced environment. You’re confined only by your imagination, not your job description. What You Will Be Doing Plan projects efficiently to accomplish goals within constraints such as time, cost and quality standards Schedule tasks, deadlines and milestones for client stakeholders and internal resources Identify and communicate schedule uncertainties and project risks Coordinate and communicate with clients, 3rd party service providers, and internal team members Foresee project risks and communicate and plan for changes to accommodate them Understand the requirements of projects and ensure the project plan and deliverables achieve requirements Articulate solution rationale as it directly relates to accomplishing client goals Evaluate deliverables prepared by the team to ensure the work meets requirements and maintains a high level of quality Efficiently and competently manage roadblocks when things go off-plan Monitor and report on the progress of projects Take a leadership role in stakeholder management, communication, and escalation Support and help trouble-shoot delivered work during and post-project Collaborate with cross functional internal teams (sales, product, etc.) Provide soft-sales (up-selling) opportunities or articulate these opportunities to the appropriate channels Travel to clients (Must be able to travel in Canada and US, without restriction) Compensation At Traction Rec, we are committed to a fair, market-based and equitable compensation structure. Our market data is refreshed on an annual basis to reflect the most current market conditions. The starting salary band for this role is $80,000-$95,000. Starting salaries will vary within this range based on experience and skill level.
