ECommerce Marketing Manager
Job Description
Become a part of one of the fastest growing Children’s Lifestyle brands in North America. Working very closely with the Senior Director, eCommerce, the eCommerce Coordinator and the broader Marketing team you will be responsible for supporting the execution of Pehr’s eCommerce strategy. Part strategist and part project manager, we are looking for a candidate who can lead some of our third party relationships and project timelines supporting the overall brief development and delivery while keeping the internal Pehr team accountable and up to date. As the eCommerce Marketing Manager, you will partner cross-functionally with teams across the organization, including Planning, Marketing, Retail, and Operations. Some of What You’ll Do:Execute launch plans for US, Canada, and Global websites.Collaborate with the Planning team to ensure cross sell and up-sell modules are optimized.Collaborate with our third party freelance strategists & agencies across - UX, Paid media & SEO. Perform QA testing of website and categories on website to improve conversion and customer experience.Perform competitor analysis and bring forward recommendations that will improve overall the user experience on the website.Collaborate with the Planning team on the selection and execution of product assortment.Work closely with the Marketing team on the planning and organization of weekly emailsConduct weekly analysis of KPIs, performance of products and customer behaviors to develop business growth strategies.Advocates for streamlined processes that will help create efficiencies and improve workflow cross-functionally and how information is communicated to internal and external partners i.e. Marketing Calendars, Campaign Planning, Post-Mortems, etc. Some of What You'll Need:Hands-on experience delivering successful outcomes in digital marketing / ecommerce execution within at least one of the following disciplines; Google (Paid), SEO / Organic, Analytics (preferably, Triple Whale / GA4 & GTM) & CRO (A/B Testing) OR Paid Social. Experience working within an eCommerce platform (Shopify preferred)Ability to identify and validate opportunities based on consumer trends, competitive research, developed insights and best practicesUnderstanding of web technologies and production processes involved in online developmentExperience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Power Point)Some of Who You Are: Passionate about fashion and luxury goodsOutstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsStrong analytical skillsQuick learner with an appetite to learn new systems and softwareExcellent attention to detail.Certification in web analytics tools or equivalent work experience preferred.About UsPehr is an internationally recognized Lifestyle Brand.
