TITLE: District Sales Manager

REPORTING TO: Regional Manager

INDUSTRY / COMPANY: Retail

LOCATION: see above


If you aren't in these geo locations (I mean physically and currently living there), we can't consider you for these roles. Sorry, there will be others!


BASE SALARY: $70,000 - $80,000

OTE: $120,000 - $130,000 + uncapped

MONTHLY COMMISSIONS PAID ON GROWTH (1%)

OTHER: Benefits + Year End Bonus + Training and Development + 20% company discount


YOU:

A successful Multi-Store Manager or District Manager

You have at least 3 years of Retail experience behind you.

You have been managing multiple stores for 6 months - 1 year.

You understand merchandising and operational excellence and you don't mind jumping onto the cash or helping out customers at your stores if/when needed!


You are and have:

1. Dedicated in terms of team building and succession building, people development and culture

2. Proficient in Communication (in person, virtual, conference, team calls, emails, one x one – clear and concise)

3. Influence – lead by influence, drive results, objectives and goals.


A few more things about you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in or College Diploma preferred in a Business or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required
  • 3-5+ years of progressive APPAREL retail experience required
  • Able to demonstrate Influential Leadership and Operational Excellence
  • Previous experience in district or multi-unit management
  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, G Suite & Internet applications
  • Strong coaching, problem-solving, prioritization and time-management skills
