Job Description
Rapid Response - Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Remote work 100%
Duration: 6 months with extension
Duration: 40 hours/week
Project Overview:
Our client have just gone live with RapidResponse for DRP / Global Inventory Planning. In 2024, we plan to deploy a closed loop from RR into multiple ERPs for planned orders and implement Demand Planning in RR as well as supporting and enhancing the existing DRP capabilities.
Scope of Work:
- Work closely with Supply Chain Transformation team and Data Integration team to analyze business requirements/enhancement requests.
- Work with Project Solution Architect to ensure business enhancements requests do not conflict with any ongoing project work.
- Configure Workbooks, Alerts, Schedule Tasks, Automation chain and maintain them in Rapid Response
- Train and support team, end users in Rapid Response
- Expert knowledge of data transformation and data quality management
- Develop training manuals for all the enhancements and document all enhancements.
- Work with IT support team to document the solution and solution migration to Production.
- Participate in project meetings as needed basis.
Key Skills (must have):
- Min 3+ years of hands-on configuration experience in RR
- Lead and Perform Data Mapping activities ??? Defining data sources and datafiles, defining field maps and mapping data to fields.
- Proficient with the data integration server and validation tasks
- Hands on experience with scenarios, automation chains, scheduled tasks
- Hands on workbook and worksheet development experience, can develop complex composite workbooks, drilling functionality in RR.
- SAP knowledge in MFG, P2P, OTC and familiar with DRP concepts?ۢ Ability to debug configuration and data integration issues problems.
- Minimum Author-2 certified in RR.

- Familiar with supply chain planning
- Support innovation/enhancement and re-engineering of as-is supply chain processes.
