Bookkeeper

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of financial principles.



Job Duties



  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Prepare trial balance of books


 



Work  Setting



  • On-site customer service
  • Willing to relocate
