Bilingual Sales Administrators and Coordinators- multiple remote jobs
Supporting the sales and service teams, your strong multi-tasking, follow up, and communication skills will be key in the success of our business. You will play an important role for our customers by coordinating delivery, installations, training, and equipment pick up. Your attention to detail will ensure that all documentation is in order and billing is accurate.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Coordinator
- Coordinating between customers, sales administration, sales representatives, and service the delivery, installations, training, and equipment pick up
- Coordinating equipment relocation
- Following up and collecting feedback from customers and resolving any outstanding issues
Key Responsibilities- Sales Administration
- Reviewing and processing leases, purchases, service agreements and entering orders
- Auditing and Billing sales transactions
- Tracking order activity in Sales logs
- Processing invoices and lease charges
- Ensuring accurate application of promotional programs to transactions
Key Responsibilities- Contract Coordinator
- Modifying and processing service contracts
- Cancelling maintenance agreements and producing necessary billing/credit adjustments
- Preparing renewals of annual contracts
- Validating requests from other departments and processing changes in the service database
To Succeed, You Will Need
- Full fluency in written and verbal French and English is required
- Intermediate Excel
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Administration or Coordination
- Critical eye for detail
- Superior time management and prioritization skills
