Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment such as HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement
• Create and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and systems
• Respond to emergency calls and troubleshoot and resolve any facility-related issues
• Maintain all necessary inventory and supplies for maintenance and repairs
• Monitor and record energy usage and work to reduce utility costs through efficient operation and maintenance
• Coordinate with external contractors for more complex repairs and projects
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all facilities
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing measures
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure the well-being of employees and visitors
