We’re looking for our next Bilingual New Accounts Specialist (English/French). Could It Be You?

The Bilingual New Accounts Specialist (English/French) role remains one of the most important customer facing positions across the organization. As a primary point of contact during the initial customer journey, the objective of a Bilingual New Accounts Specialist is to create and foster a positive relationship with Questrade customers.

What’s it like working as a Bilingual New Accounts Speciali st (English/French) at Questrade?

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Helping Canadians become much more financially successful and secure
  • Interacting and building relationships with customers through various communication channels, including phone, live chat & SMS, email and occasionally face-to-face / virtual meetings
  • Continuously providing a high level customer experience by demonstrating our We Care values during each customer interaction
  • Educating customers on Questrade’s trading platforms, and our products and services
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding journey, from start to finish
  • Receiving weekly/monthly coaching, mentoring, and training from sales team members
  • Participating and engaging in strategic sales initiatives, both for the department and for your respective team

  • Required: 1 - 2 years’ work experience in a sales environment with a strong focus on putting the customer first
  • Required: Fully Bilingual in English and French, both verbal and written
  • Desired: Strong communication skills and a quick learner
  • Desired: Knowledgeable and passionate about financial markets and investment products
  • Desired: Contact center experience, ideally in financial services


Interviewing process for this role:

  • Intro & pre-screen with the Talent Acquisition team
  • First Interview: On-site with the Sales Leadership team (Remote for those located more than 100kms from the office location)
  • Second/Final Interview: On-site with the Senior Sales Leadership team (Remote for those located more than 100kms from the office location)
  • Offer, if successful
  • Pre-employment background check


Location:

  • Toronto - 5700 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON
  • Work Model: We offer a tiered hybrid approach based on candidate location relative to the office. If a successful candidate's location is 100kms or further, the role is fully remote.
  • Training: On-site (Remote for those located more than 100kms from the office location)
