Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, accounts receivable/payable, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Analyze financial data and create reports to provide insights on company performance and trends
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Perform audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans and strategies
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures
