Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Create and prepare a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes
• Follow recipes and ensure all products meet our quality standards
• Organize and maintain inventory of baking ingredients and equipment
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the baking area
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient preparation and production of baked goods
• Assist with the development of new recipes and products
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
• Provide outstanding customer service and handle any customer inquiries or requests related to baked goods
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with team members and management
• Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate our baking processes
