**This is a remote position. We are currently searching for office space in the GTA to move into a hybrid model, however, we will always offer fully remote , as we have employees all over Canada! If you love building relationships with people (clients and team members), collaborating across teams to bring kickass campaigns to life, providing solutions to problems , helping projects meet their due date, organizing and sharing information, taking detailed and comprehensive notes, coordinating on, and ensuring that revisions and feedback are heard and applied, all while doing it all in sweatpants in front of the TV while Friends or The Office is on in the background, then have we go a job for you! We are hiring a full-time Account Coordinator to be the lead contact for our clients across all service lines and industry verticals. We are a 20+ person, 8-year old, Shopify Expert digital marketing agency based in Toronto, with team members across Canada, that does everything related to digital marketing including, but not limited to; paid and organic social media , email marketing and automation , website design & development , influencer marketing , branding and design , customer service , and fulfillment for clients across the world in industry verticals ranging from skin care, restaurants, home decor, CPGs, vapes, food & drinks, baby products, celebrities, entertainment, real estate, accounting, and more. Work with us and you will be working on: Representing In Social: being the In Social point of contact from the start of an engagement throughout a client’s lifecycle, while representing the In Social brand in a positive, approachable, friendly (/a little quirky), knowledgeable, insightful, and professional manner. Client Communication: acting as the go-between between the In Social team and our clients by sending project kick-off or project closure emails, requesting answers to strategic questions ask by project leads, sending final deliverables, sharing client thoughts and feedback to the team, and sharing the team’s expertise and insights back to the client, while ensuring communication from all parties remains active, timely, and accurate. Information Coordination: ensuring all client information, such as historical account records, client assets, project details, and project scopes are shared accurately and in a timely manner with all parties, while organizing and placing information and assets in their respective places, to ensure project accuracy. Meeting Coordination: coordinating meetings with clients, taking detailed notes to be referred back to, sending detailed and actionable follow ups to keep all stakeholders on track and informed, and ensuring all action items are passed on to the Project Manager and team leads. Expectation Management: clearly defining projects and expected outcomes to clients to ensure they are informed and aware of the scope of their engagement,whileidentifying roadblocks or scope creep and working with team members to identify solutions, while listening to client wants and needs while sourcing actionable solutions. Campaign & Project Support: assisting the Project Manager and Director of Brand Strategy in keeping projects on time and within budget by ensuring accurate and timely communication between the client and respective In Social teams. Deadline & Scope Coordination: working with the Project Manager and team leads to ensure project deadlines can be met, requesting needed extensions, or coordinating on scope adjustments and approvals with clients. (qualitative) Assisting project, department, and overarching marketing teams staying within profitability KPIs (quantitative) To work with us, you should: Have at least 1 year of experience working in account coordination or relevant roles Have exceptional writing skills Have exception reading comprehension skills Be a genuine person (sorry, no bullsh*t here!) Must love to follow up Per our last point, be a big follow-upper Have a solid base understanding of what each of our service verticals offer and how they work Be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment - things change fast and you have to be able to keep up!
