Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Products and Refunds:

Due to the nature of our digital services, refunds are generally not provided once payment has been processed. Exceptions apply if the platform fails to function as intended, directly impeding the use of subscribed services. In such cases, after reasonable verification of the issue, a refund may be granted.

Subscriptions linked to accounts closed for misconduct on the Jobeyze platform are not eligible for refunds.

Payment Terms and Conditions:

Jobeyze products and services may be purchased via payment gateway powered by Stripe. These purchases require acceptance of specific payment terms at the point of transaction, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Website and In-app purchases must be made through accredited payment methods, including third-party platforms such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By completing any purchase, you authorize Jobeyze to charge the selected payment method. If payment fails, you are obligated to settle any outstanding amounts demanded by Jobeyze.

Cancellation of Subscriptions:

To cancel a subscription purchased through a third-party store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store), subscribers must manage their subscriptions directly through the respective store’s account settings. Cancellations allow continued access to the services until the end of the paid period without eligibility for a prorated refund.

All sales are final, with no refunds or credits for partially used periods, except as otherwise stated in this policy.

Refund Processing:

If a cancellation right is exercised, Jobeyze will process the refund without undue delay, within 30 days from receiving the cancellation notice, using the same payment method as the original transaction. No additional fees will be charged for processing refunds.

Refunds for purchases made through other payment platforms must be requested directly from the third-party merchant.

Digital Content Rights:

Orders for digital content delivered electronically, which begin processing upon the subscriber’s explicit consent and acknowledgment of loss of cancellation rights, cannot be canceled once processing starts.

Taxes:

All prices for website and in-app purchases include applicable taxes. If required by law, Sales Tax or GST may be collected in addition to the stated price.
