Hello! I'm looking for a professional residential cleaner, to take care of my home/home office. I am offering contract work at $20 to $25 per hour for a professional cleaner, who is insured and able to provide their own transportation. I will provide the cleaning materials. Flexible working hours lets you choose when and where you work. This job is ideal if you have 1 year of previous home cleaning experience and would like to enjoy flexibilty in schedule. Responsibilities: - Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential home and home office. - Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and washing surfaces. - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms. - Make beds and change linens. - Launder and iron clothes as needed. - Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly. - Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment. - Follow all health and safety regulations. - Clean cat litter. Skills: - Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to complete cleaning duties within designated timeframes. - Cleaning: Proficient in using various cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment to achieve high-quality results. - Residential cleaning: Knowledge of best practices for cleaning different areas of a residential home. - Customer service: Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner - English: Strong verbal communication skills in English - Laundering: Experience in laundering clothes and linens according to specific instructions - Communication: Effective communication skills to understand client preferences and address any concerns or special requests.
