As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible with helping clients transitioning to renewable energy. Responsibilities include: In-person and virtual Energy consultation with potential clients Daily prospecting with company provided leads Onboard clients for the programs we have available Meet weekly sales objectives Display great organizational skills while managing all pending accounts Maintain an active client pipeline Attend daily sales meetings and monthly training sessions Positively represent Right Track Solar and our Partners while educating the public about solar energy Qualifications: Must have mobile internet access Self-motivated and ability to work with limited supervision Reliable transportation a strong asset Excellent communication skills Bilingual stom asset Must be willing to work Saturdays, if needed Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and coachable Perks Flexible work schedule Top commission payout in the industry Weekly bonuses Marketing and sales training Personal development and opportunity for growthvacation incentives and bonuses Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Profit sharing Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Commission pay Experience: Virtual Sales: 1 year (preferred) Home Improvement Sales: 2 years (required) Willingness to travel: 25% (preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Oshawa, ON L1G 3V2
