Responsibilities: - Oversee the operations of multiple zones within the store, ensuring efficient and effective execution of tasks - Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback - Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock is available for customers - Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales targets - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention - Collaborate with other zone managers and store management to achieve overall store objectives - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail management, with a focus on sales management and team leadership - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and employees at all levels - Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business results - Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures is preferred We offer competitive pay based on experience.
