Seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide administrative support to our team. - Greet and welcome guests in a professional and hospitable manner - Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members - Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable - Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence - Keep track of office supplies and order them when needed - Book and schedule appointments as per the team's requests - Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism - Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information to callers and visitors - Assist with other duties as assigned by the management team.
